Hays Co. Bar-B-Que - #8 on the TX BBQ Passport and our fourth stop. Excellent sausage, good brisket, and low key atmosphere.
Stiles Switch BBQ - #20 on the TX BBQ Passport and our third stop. Great brisket and sausage with not a lot of fuss.
Terry Black's BBQ - #21 on the TX BBQ Passport and our second stop. Absurdly amazing brisket right close to downtown Austin.
Kreuz Market - #10 on the TX BBQ Passport and our first stop. Great ambiance and sausage, but not much else.
